Classic colors of red, white and black (anyone remember Claudia from Babysitters Club?) mix in black & white with splashes of red. If you're not a bright color person, stick with the classics and pick one or two bold colors that you can add a cute belt or heels or even a hat!
Red lipstick can be a cruel mistress though! Take caution and make sure to pick a shade of red that is appropriate to you. If you aren't sure, go talk to a pro to get some help.
